StudioSculpt is all about sculpting for everyBODY.

It was born from a feeling so many of us know too well - that Pilates has slowly started to look like it's made for a certain crowd, a certain aesthetic, a certain "type." And the minute you don't fit that picture? You start thinking you don't belong. I never wanted my space to feel like that.

StudioSculpt is meant to feel like home. A place where you can breathe, move, and just be yourself, without dressing a certain way, without performing, without pretending. You show up as you are, you move at your own pace, and you grow in your own time.

Your experience here is personal: soft, strong, bold, gentle... whatever your version of strength looks like.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, towel, water & your energy. Everything else is provided. Classes are done either barefoot or in socks.

How long are the classes?

Classes are 1 hour long. Please try to arrive 5–10 minutes before start time.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No! Classes are adjustable for all fitness levels and modifications are always shown.

Do you provide private one-on-one sessions?

Yes! Please contact me to ask about private sessions or any queries.

What happens if I cancel a class?

On-the-day cancellations will be charged a fee.

Can I suggest songs for class music?

Yes! We'd love to hear your suggestions and add them to our playlist.

Can I eat before a workout?

Yes! Try to eat 30–90 minutes before class. Focus on a little protein and carbs to keep your energy up and support your muscles.
